Genius Islamian's Academy ("we", "our", or "us") operates the NeuroApp mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using our app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Name — provided during account registration
Email address — used for login and communication
Phone number — provided optionally in your profile
Profile photo — uploaded optionally by the user

Device name and model
Operating system version
Unique device identifier (used to enforce one-device login policy)

App Activity

Courses accessed and progress made
MCQ test scores and answers
Login times and session activity
Group memberships and enrolled programs

2. How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your student account
To provide access to courses, videos, and tests
To track academic progress and generate reports
To enforce security policies (one-device restriction)
To send important notices about your account or courses
To improve app performance and user experience

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data only with:

Google Firebase — our backend platform for authentication, database, and storage. Data is processed under Google's privacy policy.
Academy administrators — staff who manage courses and student records within the app.

4. Data Security

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS. We use Firebase's security rules to restrict data access to authorized users only.

5. Account Deletion

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by following these steps:

Send an email to info@gislamian.pk with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Include in your email: your full name, registered email address, and the reason for deletion (optional).
We will verify your identity and confirm the request within 3 business days.
Your account and all personal data (name, email, device records, test history, progress) will be permanently deleted within 7 business days of confirmation.

Note: Course content and anonymized academic records may be retained for institutional reporting purposes, but will not be linked to your identity.

6. Requesting Partial Data Deletion

If you want specific data removed without closing your account (for example, clearing your test history or device records), you may email us at info@gislamian.pk with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and specify what data you want removed. We will respond within 3 business days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our app is intended for students aged 15 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

8. Your Rights

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction — request corrections to inaccurate data
Deletion — request deletion of your account and personal data (see Section 5)
Portability — request your data in a portable format

9. Changes to This Policy
